G. Scott Williams – Founder

Before establishing 3W in 1997, Scott spent over 20 years in the banking industry. His roles included Chief Credit Officer, Business Development Officer, Field Examination Manager and Field Examiner. With his experience as a Business Development Officer, Senior Credit Lending Officer, EVP, Certified Public Accountant and small business owner, Scott brings tremendous added value to lenders and their clients. Scott serves on the Board of Directors of Inwood National Bank and is Chairman of the Audit Committee.


Jill Williams – Founder

Jill has over 25+ years of experience as an entrepreneur. Prior to the creation of 3W, she spent more than 15 years in the banking industry, developing strong customer skills, knowledge and unique expertise in a variety of lending transactions. Jill's understanding of the relationship between lenders and borrowers has helped her create an effective methodology and proven approach to field examination.


Durc williams - Director of Operations

Durc manages daily operations and works closely with 3W clientele. Durc’s dedication and experience adds knowledge, speed and technology skills for time management on all operational processes. As Director of Operations, Durc works closely with team building and development of Field Examiners.
